    证券和资本市场是金沁的重要业务之一。我们参与多家企业国内外公开发行上市项目及再融资项目，包括 A 股、 B 股、 H 股、红筹股、权益股等；也在国有企业改制、民营企业重组、境内外私募以及其他证券交易项目过程中提供法律服务。我们提供法律尽职调查,上市前重组,改制方案设计,上市前私募融资,境内外首次发行上市及再融资,上市后信息持续披露,出具法律意见书等法律服务。

Securities&Capital Markets

Securities and Capital Markets are one of Kingtham’s main businesses. Kingtham has participated in public offering and refinance of enterprises from home and abroad, including A share, B share, H share, red chip, equity share and so on. Kingtham also provides service of restructuring of state-owned and private enterprises, private equity and other securities transaction projects.

Kingtham’s service include due diligence, plan design of restructuring, finance from private equity before listing, IPO, refinancing, information disclosure after listing, issuing legal opinions and so on.
