任职资格与要求：

 1. 为人诚恳、正直，珍惜执业声誉，有良好的职业道德，能够快速融入新的律师团队； 2. 从事执业律师两年以上，法律理论功底扎实，具备独立处理各种诉讼案件及非诉案件的业务能力，熟悉上海地区法院及办案程序，能维护法律顾问单位； 3. 办案认真，执业中无客户投诉被查实等不良记录； 4. 具有法院工作、企事业单位领导经验或在公司破产清算领域经验丰富者者优先录用。 本所提供： 1. 本所在外滩古典建筑内，交通便利，工作环境、软硬件一流； 2. 提成比例可达80%，无业绩指标要求，无需缴纳其他任何费用，主任律师的业务量在全市名列前茅，提供业务机会，具体面谈； 3. 提供升任合伙人的机会。

 We are looking for high caliber lawyers to join Kingtham. Requirements: 

1. Good personality, cherish reputation while practicing and can fit in a new team quickly. 2. At least 2 years of practicing experience, with excellent legal knowledge and capable of dealing with both litigation and non-litigation cases independently, familiar with proceedings in Shanghai courts. 3. Outstanding working attitude, no bad records such as confirmed complaints by clients. 4. Experience in working in court, running enterprises or in bankruptcy and liquidation area are preferred. 

Offers: 1. Our office is in an ancient building close to the Bund with good working condition, convenient to commute. 2. Up to 80% of reimbursement with no requirement on volume of business brought in, and no other fees required. Director’s business volume is taking lead in Shanghai. Details discussed in interview. 3.
