金立志主任律师被中国法律咨询中心聘请为民商事法律专业委员会主任委员

我所金立志主任律师于2016年2月被中国法律咨询中心聘请为民商事法律专业委员会主任委员。

中国法律咨询中心是经时任中央政治局委员习仲勋同志批示、并经中央政法委员会批准，于1984年成立的正局级事业单位。中心汇集了如江平、高铭暄等多位中国顶级法律专家、学者，共同打造了中国最具权威性和专业性的法律咨询服务机构。

金立志主任律师凭借深厚的法律专研积累、多年资深实务操作经验、独特的法律问题处理角度，得到中国法律咨询中心的赞许并任命其为专业委员会主任委员。

Kingtham’s Director Lizhi Jin Lawyer has been retained as the head of Chinese Law Counseling Center (CLCC) Civil and Commercial Law Committee.

CLCC is a bureau level institution, established in 1984. It was instructed by then Politburo Committee member Zhongxun Xi, and approved by Central Politics and Law Committee. CLCC has aggregated many Chinese top legal scholars and specialists, such as Ping Jiang and Mingxuan Gao, together building CLCC as the most authoritative and professional legal counselling service center.

Director Lizhi Jin Lawyer has been acknowledged and thus appointed by CLCC as the head of its professional committee because of Mr. Jin’s profound legal knowledge, decades of legal practicing experience and unique insights into handing legal issues.

CLCC hereby retains Lawyer Lizhi Jin as head of CLCC’s Civil and Commercial Law Committee, commencing from February, 2016 to February 2018.
