香港韦业显律师行与金沁所洽谈合作事宜

       2013年8月1日，香港韦业显律师行主任、高级合伙人韦律师一行三人赴上海金沁律师事务所参观访问并商谈合作事宜。金沁所主任金立志律师、副主任俞忠律师及其他律师同仁热情接待了韦律师一行。

    鉴于目前国际交流紧密，客户投资遍布全世界，为有效防范客户投资资产的法律风险，各地律师事务所间需加强交流与合作。金沁所与韦业显律师行均意识到了这一点，并达成了合作框架协议，拟通过两所之间的友好合作，取长补短，在提升律所竞争力的同时为客户提供更完善的法律服务。

     会后，金沁所举办了招待晚宴，并拍照留念。

On August 1, 2013, HENRY WAI & CO., Solicitors’ Director and Senior Partner Henry Wai and his colleagues went to visit Kingtham. Kingtham’s Director Jin Lizhi, Vice Director Yu zhong and other attorneys extended their warm welcome.

Due to internationalization and widespread investment of clients, law firms from home and abroad have to strengthen their ties in order to prevent legal risks of the invested assets. Both Kingtham and HENRY WAI & CO., Solicitors are aware of the importance; thus two firms have entered into a Framework Cooperation Agreement, planning to improve the quality of firms as well as provide better legal service for clients.

After the meeting, Kingtham hosted a welcoming dinner.
