现担任上海市人民政府国资系统特大型投资集团首席法律顾问,政府企业集团驻美国、加拿大、南非、澳大利亚、香港等国家及地区的涉外法律事务部主任。同时负责上海市人民政府直属特大型投资集团、投资逾50亿人民币的房地产公司、特大型建筑集团、专业进出口公司及有关上市公司的法律顾问工作。

荣誉及业绩

1980年-1993年，在上海市某区担任区长代理，并分管房地产及城市建设方面工作；多次获上海市区政府记大功奖励及荣誉证书，并受到政府及企业集团的表彰，包括：

1.上海市人民政府颁发：1984年度授予金立志同志记功奖励；

2.上海市人民政府颁发《荣誉证书》：表彰金立志同志在成都路高架工程动迁工作中作出的突出贡献；

3.上海市司法局颁发：获2003年-2004年度“优秀共产党员”的荣誉证书；

4.中共上海市浦东新区委员会组织部颁发：获浦东新区非公有制经济组织和新社会组织优秀共产党员。

多年来，律师的个人业务量在上海市律师行业中名列前茅。

Rich experience in retrial and appeal in the Supreme People’s Court, three cases he represented were supported by the SPC.

Jin currently acts as first chair counsel of a large investment group of Shanghai Municipal People’s government, director of foreign legal offices set in America, Canada, South Africa, Australia and Hong Kong of a state-owned enterprise group.    He is also the legal counsel of a real estate company invested five billion yuan by a large investment group directly under Shanghai Municipal People’s government, export companies and some other listed companies.

Honors and achievements

Acted as deputy district head of Shanghai during 1980 to 1993, handling real estate and urban construction, he was honored several times by both government and companies, including:

1. Merit recording of Lizhi Jin in 1984, issued by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government;

2. Honoring Lizhi Jin’s outstanding performance in relocation of Chengdu Road elevated expressway project, issued by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government;

3. Outstanding CPC member of the year 2003-2004, issued by Shanghai Municipal Judicial Bureau;

4. Outstanding CPC member, issued by Pudong New Area Organization Department.

Over the years, Jin’s volume of business takes the lead among all lawyers in Shanghai.
