2012年9月7日，本所主任金立志律师及高级合伙人俞忠律师赴广东，就某公司资不抵债向广东省高级人民法院提出破产申请，案件标的高达1.1亿元人民币，此案已被受理。
On September 7th, 2012, Kingtham’s director Jin Lizhi and senior partner Yu zhong submitted a bankruptcy application of a company to Guangdong Higher People’s court, involving 110 million RMB in dispute. The court has accepted the case.
