金立志主任律师代理香港某司申请某美国公司贸仲案获仲裁庭全面支持

金立志主任律师代理香港某司就贸易业务终止协议争议，向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会申请仲裁，争议标的达亿元。历经一年多时间的审理，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会于2013年6月14日出具了裁决书，全面支持了金沁所客户的仲裁申请。金沁所下一步将依据1958年联合国《承认及执行外国仲裁裁决公约》，向美国加州法院申请承认和执行，争取早日为客户执行到上述款项。

Kingtham’s Director Attorney Jin Lizhi represented a Hong Kong company to apply for arbitration concerning a trade termination dispute, involving over RMB 100million Yuan. This case was accepted and tried in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). After more than one year of trial, on June 14th, 2013, CIETAC issued the arbitral award, supporting all claims of Kingtham’s client—the applicant. Kingtham will later enforce the award in USA California courts in accordance with the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards signed in 1958. Kingtham will strive to safeguard the legal interest of our client.
