主任金立志律师赴美国、英国设立美国公司

    2012年6月11日，本所主任金立志律师随同上海市政府有关部门领导赴美国、伦敦、爱丁堡、牛津大学等地，参与国内某化纤行业公司与英国某公司共同在美国投资6000万美元设立公司项目，并对英方尽职调查，与英方进行谈判，办理海外上市等法律事务。

    On June 11th,2012, Kingtham's chairman Jin Lizhi went to America, London, Edinburgh, and participated in the project of a domestic fiber company and a British company jointly investing 60 million US dollars to establish a company in America. Kingtham provided service including due diligence, negotiation with the British party, and handling overseas listing.
