金立志主任律师代理1.02亿元人民币标的案件胜诉并全部执行到位

金立志主任律师代理的原告上海某大型国企诉被告山西某企业集团的贸易合作及买卖合同1.02亿元人民币标的的案件经过一审、二审及最高人民法院的再审，获得了全面胜诉，且全部执行到位的本金、利息、罚息达到1.36亿元。

该案从一审始至执行完毕历经五年时间。虽案由简单但是案情复杂，几十份证据反复交叉、涉及时间长达10余年，法律关系不明晰。金立志主任律师在此案中提出一系列的全新观点，最终均得到一、二、再审法院的认可。本案件的最终胜诉，有效地维护了国有企业的权益。

Kingtham’s Director Attorney Lizhi Jin represented a large Shanghai state owned company suing a Shanxi group company on trade cooperation and purchase contract. The total amount involved in the case was 102 million yuan and underwent first instance, second instance, and Supreme People’s Court’s retrial.  Eventually the court upheld all our claims and we helped our client obtain 136 million yuan including principal interest and penalties through enforcement.

This case was finalized in five years. During the years, Jin handled tens of proofs which were complex and overlapping, and reflected facts formulated 10 years ago. Jin proposed a series of brand new views and were admitted by first instance court and second instance court. Winning of this case effectively safeguarded rights and interests of state owned companies.
