2012年7月16日，本所主任金立志律师办理美国某公司在中国与中方合资设立再生能源基金公司资金募集项目的法律事务，募集资金达6亿美元。
On July 16th, 2012, Kingtham’s director Jin Lizhi handled legal business of a foreign company establishing a renewable energy fund together with a Chinese company, intending to raise 600 million US Dollars.
