俞忠律师，1968年6月出生，1989年毕业于上海政法学院，并进入上海市第七律师事务所（2001年更名为上海市外滩律师事务所）工作，1990年取得律师执业证。自2001年11月起，任上海市外滩律师事务所主任（负责人）至2011年8月。

俞忠律师从事律师职业22年，承办过各类刑、民、经案件数百件，其中包括大量重、特大标的案件，上海首例侵犯商业秘密案件、众多涉外案件等。曾担任过数十家各类企业、公司的常年法律顾问，擅长处理公司、投资、房地产等类型纠纷案件。以严谨的工作态度力求最大限度维护当事人的合法权益，工作能力得到众多委托人的好评。并自2003年起每年均获得浦东新区司法局先进个人荣誉称号。

Zhong Yu

Yu was born in June, 1968 and graduated from Shanghai Politics and Law School in 1989. He has become a practicing lawyer since 1990 and then joined Shanghai No.7 Law Firm (the firm changed its name to the Bund Law Firm in 2001). Yu has become the Managing Partner of the Bund Law firm since November, 2001.

During his 22 years of a practicing lawyer, Yu has handled hundreds of cases, which include several cases with huge amount, Shanghai’s first trade secret infringement case and plenty of foreign-related cases. Yu has acted as the legal counsel of over ten various companies, and is proficient in cases concerning corporate, investment, and real estate. Yu’s motto is to safeguard his clients’ legitimate rights and interests to the greatest extent with his rigorous working attitude. His working ability is widely praised by clients and has been awarded the Outstanding Individual by Pudong New Area’s Judicial Bureau every year since 2003.
