At the beginning of 2014, Kingtham’s Director Attorney Jin Lizhi represented a Shanghai State-owned company (Appellant) for a shareholder’s contribution of registered capital appeal case against an asset management company (Respondent), subordinate of a financial institution. The competent appellant court supported all claims of the appellant.
This appeal case was extremely complicated, and the Appellant was in an unfavorable position. With Jin’s careful examination of the case and rich experience, plus his team’s efforts, they provided new evidence to the court and applied novel approach to relevant laws. Eventually, the appellant court withdrew the first instance judgment. Kingtham safeguarded million yuan worth of state-owned legal rights.
